• Background on your business or organisation and a brief history

• Why your company or nominee should win

• How you are better than your competitors/what does your nominee excel at

• How your business has improved based on the category requirements/how your nominee has developed within the business

• An indication of how the business has benefitted financially as a result of the improvements made relevant to this category (turnover, profit/loss figures will be treated in confidence) - please note this is not applicable for the Apprentice of the Year award

Judges have requested that where relevant, accounts or company financials and business plan are included to support your application. (If accounts are not available, a summary to show that the company is financially viable is acceptable)
